内部质量控制是食品药品检测实验室保证检测结果准确可靠的核心手段。本研究汇总某食品药品检测实验室2024年度内部质量控制数据,包括加标回收实验、平行样测定、质控样品考核及空白实验四大类,共计486组数据。通过对各控制指标的合格率、分布特征及偏差趋势进行统计分析,识别出质量控制体系中的薄弱环节:部分项目加标回收率偏高或偏低、个别检测人员平行样精密度控制不足、空白值存在季节波动。针对上述问题,提出了加强人员操作培训、优化标准物质管理、完善质控图预警机制等改进措施。本研究为基层食品药品检测实验室内部质量控制体系的持续改进提供了数据支撑和实践参考。
Internal quality control is the core means for food and drug testing laboratories to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results. This study summarized the internal quality control data of a food and drug testing laboratory in 2024, including four categories: spiked recovery experiments, parallel sample determinations, quality control sample assessments and blank tests, with a total of 486 sets of data. Through statistical analysis of the pass rate, distribution characteristics and deviation trends of each control indicator, the weak links in the quality control system were identified: spiked recovery rates of some items were too high or too low, some technicians had insufficient precision control in parallel sample determinations, and blank values showed seasonal fluctuations. In response to these problems, improvement measures were proposed such as strengthening personnel operation training, optimizing standard substance management, and improving the early warning mechanism of quality control charts. This study provides data support and practical reference for the continuous improvement of internal quality control systems in primary food and drug testing laboratories.
