摘要

样品前处理是重金属检测流程中的关键核心环节,其操作规范性与技术水平直接决定了检测数据的精准度与可信度。相较于传统电热板消解、干法灰化等手段,微波消解仪凭借其密闭高压、内源加热、高效低耗及低污染等独特优势,有效弥补了传统方法的诸多短板,现已成为环境、食品、地质等多领域重金属分析的标配前处理技术。本文立足于一线实验室实操场景,紧扣现代检测行业“高效、精准、绿色、安全”的发展理念,系统剖析了微波消解的工作原理,重点探讨了多基质样品的预处理方案、关键消解参数的优化路径及全流程质量控制体系。研究旨在提炼可直接落地的技术操作规范与避坑指南,为检测人员提升工作效率、保障数据质量提供技术支撑,助力重金属检测工作的规范化与标准化发展。

Abstract

Sample pretreatment is a crucial core step in the heavy metal detection process, and its operational standardization and technical level directly determine the accuracy and reliability of the detection data. Compared with traditional methods such as hot plate digestion and dry ashing, microwave digestion, with its unique advantages of closed high pressure, internal heating, high efficiency, low consumption, and low pollution, effectively makes up for many shortcomings of traditional methods and has now become the standard pretreatment technology for heavy metal analysis in many fields such as environment, food, and geology. This paper, based on practical laboratory scenarios and adhering to the development concept of “high efficiency, accuracy, greenness, and safety” in the modern testing industry, systematically analyzes the working principle of microwave digestion, focusing on the pretreatment schemes for multi-matrix samples, the optimization path of key digestion parameters, and the whole-process quality control system. The research aims to extract directly applicable technical operation specifications and pitfall avoidance guidelines, providing technical support for testing personnel to improve work efficiency and ensure data quality, and contributing to the standardization and normalization of heavy metal detection work.
