摘要

本文通过梳理番茄红素的发展与市场,并结合多项研究证实,番茄红素对人体具有广泛的健康益处,包括番茄红素在肝脏养护、心血管保护、延缓衰老、维护脑部健康及促进生殖健康等方面的最新研究进展,旨在为番茄红素产品的深入研究与广泛应用提供有价值的参考依据。未来,产业将朝着深化研究、个性化定制、绿色可持续及智能化生产的方向发展。

Abstract

This article reviews the development and market of lycopene and synthesizes findings from multiple studies to confirm its extensive health benefits for the human body. It highlights the latest research progress in areas such as liver protection, cardiovascular care, anti-aging, brain health, and reproductive health. The aim is to provide valuable references for further research and broader application of lycopene products. In the future, the industry is expected to advance in the directions of in-depth research, personalized customization, green sustainability, and intelligent production.
