The influence of the cluster nursing strategy of the feedforward control system on postoperative patients with oral cancer
前馈控制体系的集束化护理策略对口腔癌术后患者的影响

摘要

目的 观察在口腔癌术后患者中行前馈控制体系的集束化护理策略对其临床效果的影响。方法随机筛选50例在我医院进行治疗的口腔癌患者作为此次观察病例，按照入院顺序分为两组，观察组25例，对照组25例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组实施前馈控制体系的集束化护理策略，将最终两组护理干预效果进行观察对比。结果 护理后，观察组患者的疼痛程度、焦虑情绪明显轻于对照组；口腔舒适度评分高于对照组，吞咽功能改善效果优于对照组，发生的并发症也少于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论 将前馈控制体系的集束化护理策略应用于口腔癌术后患者中，可有效减轻患者的疼痛程度及焦虑情绪，提升患者的口腔舒适度，促进患者吞咽功能恢复，降低并发症发生率。

Abstract

Objective To observe the impact of the cluster nursing strategy of the feedforward control system on the clinical effect of patients after oral cancer surgery.
Methods Fifty patients with oral cancer who were treated in our hospital were randomly selected as the observation cases for this time. They were divided into two groups according to the order of admission: 25 cases in the observation group and 25 cases in the control group. The control group was given routine care, while the observation group implemented the cluster nursing strategy of the feedforward control system. The final nursing intervention effects of the two groups were observed and compared.
Results After the nursing care, the pain degree and anxiety of the patients in the observation group were significantly milder than those in the control group. The oral comfort score was higher than that of the control group, the improvement effect of swallowing function was better than that of the control group, and the occurrence of complications was also less than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of the cluster nursing strategy of the feedforward control system in postoperative patients with oral cancer can effectively reduce the pain degree and anxiety of patients, improve the oral comfort of patients, promote the recovery of swallowing function of patients, and reduce the incidence of complications.
