目的 探究坚固内固定技术在口腔颌面外科治疗中的临床效果。方法 选取2023年10月-2024年10月本院收治的口腔颌面疾病患者60例进行研究，以数字表法分组，对照组采用颌间结扎固定技术、观察组行坚固内固定技术治疗。对比两组治疗的有效性。结果 观察组口腔颌面患者治疗的效率偏高（P<0.05）。结论 坚固内固定技术在口腔颌面外科治疗中的效果显著，需结合患者情况酌情选择技术模式。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of robust internal fixation techniques in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial surgery. Methods Sixty patients with oral and maxillofacial diseases admitted to our hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were selected for the study. They were grouped by the digital table method. The control group was treated with intermaxillary ligation and fixation techniques, while the observation group received firm internal fixation techniques. Compare the effectiveness of the two groups of treatments. Results The treatment efficiency of oral and maxillofacial patients in the observation group was relatively high (P<0.05). Conclusion The firm internal fixation technique has a significant effect in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial surgery. The technical mode should be selected appropriately in combination with the patient's condition.
