为了实现研究生专业课程教学中价值塑造、能力培养、知识传授的“三位一体”，以生物与医药专业型硕士生培养为例，将德育教育纳入专业课程教学方案，贯穿教学过程，渗透教学内容，采取教师言传身教、现场观摩体验、专业问题讨论、案例分析教学等方式，打造有趣味、有温度、有参与、有收获的教学课堂，塑造研究生正确的世界观、人生观和价值观。
