摘要

目的 分析加减银翘散联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿急性扁桃体炎的疗效。方法 随机将2019年1月-2021年12月间我院收治的120例小儿急性扁桃体炎患儿分为对照组和实验组，各60例，对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗，实验组在对照组基础上联合加减银翘散进行治疗，对比两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果 实验组治疗有效率高于对照组，且各临床症状的消失时间低于对照组，P＜0.05，对比炎性指标变化情况两组治疗前均无显著差异，P＞0.05，但是治疗后实验组各指标恢复均优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 加减银翘散能够有效缓解患儿的临床症状，与阿奇霉素联合应用能够减轻患儿的痛苦，使其炎症反应得到改善，治疗效果更加理想。

Abstract

Objective to analyze the efficacy of modified yinqiao powder combined with azithromycin in the treatment of acute tonsillitis in children.
Methods 120 children with acute tonsillitis treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with azithromycin, and the experimental group was treated with Yin- qiao Powder on the basis of the control group. The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.
Results the effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the disappea- rance time of clinical symptoms was lower than that of the control group, P<0.05. Compared with the changes of inflammatory indexes, there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment, P>0.05, but after treatment, the recovery of indexes in the experimental group was better than that of the control group, P<0.05.
Conclusion   modified yinqiao powder can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of children, and the combined application with azithromycin can reduce the pain of children, improve their inflammatory response, and have a better therapeutic effect.
