护理营养指导干预对慢性肾脏病患者自我管理及其健康状况影响的研究

摘要

目的 探究护理营养指导干预对慢性肾脏病患者自我管理及其健康状况影响。方法 将2020年6月~2021年8月本院收治的慢性肾脏病患者90例随机分为参照组和研究组,各45例,参照组实施常规护理+健康教育,研究组基于参照组加用护理营养指导干预。应用慢性肾脏病自我管理行为量表、慢性肾脏病生命质量测定量表、自我效能量表分别评估患者的自我管理行为、生活质量及自我效能。结果 研究组自我管理行为各指标评分均高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组生活质量各指标评分均高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组自我效能各指标评分均高于参照组(P<0.05);结论 护理营养指导干预可提高慢性肾脏病患者自我管理效能与行为管理能力,有效提升其生活质量与健康水平。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of nursing nutrition guidance intervention on self-management and health status of patients with chronic kidney disease.
Methods 90 patients with chronic kidney disease treated in our hospital from June 2020 to August 2021 were randomly divided into reference group and study group, with 45 cases in each group. The reference group received routine nursing + health education, and the study group received nursing nutrition guidance intervention based on the reference group. The self-management behavior, quality of life and self-efficacy of patients were evaluated by chronic kidney disease self-management behavior scale, chronic kidney disease quality of life scale and self-efficacy scale.
Results the scores of all indexes of self-management behavior in the study group were higher than those in the reference group (P < 0.05); The scores of all indexes of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the reference group (P < 0.05); The scores of all indexes of self-efficacy in the study group were higher than those in the reference group (P < 0.05);
Conclusion   nutritional intervention can effectively improve the quality of life and self-management ability of patients with chronic kidney disease.
