中医药服务在医养结合健康养老模式中的应用

摘要

目的 针对医养结合健康养老模式中中医药服务应用的基本效果展开研究。方法 从本中心2018年10月～2020年10月间接收的患者之中以选择80例，并且将所有患者依照随机方式分成观察组与对照组，每组40例，针对对照组患者只采用常规的医疗服务，观察组患者则在常规医疗服务基础上加入中医药服务，对于两组患者的干预前后的患者病情发展状况以及患者生活质量进行对比。结果 两组患者病情管理方面对比，观察组显著好于对照组，差异对比具备统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者生活质量对比，观察组明显好于对照组差异对比具备统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在医养结合的健康养老当中引入中医药服务，对于提升老年患者服务效果具备积极意义，能够显著提升老年患者的生活质量，同时对于老年患者的病情也具备一定帮助。

Abstract

Objective to study the basic effect of the application of traditional Chinese medicine service in the mode of combining medical care with health care for the aged.
Methods 80 patients from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected, and all patients were randomly divided into observation group and Control Group (40 patients in each group) , the patients in the observation group were given Chinese Medicine Service on the basis of routine medical service, and the patients’condition and quality of life were compared before and after the intervention.
Results compared with the Control Group, the observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of disease management (p < 0.05) , the difference between the Observation Group and the control group was statistically significant (p < 0.05) .
Conclusion   The introduction of Traditional Chinese medicine service into the health care of the elderly in combination with medical care is of positive significance for improving the service effect of elderly patients, and can significantly improve the quality of life of elderly patients, at the same time for the elderly patients also have a certain degree of help.
