摘要

燕赵医家窦材的中医学术思想对后世有着深刻的影响，主要包括为大病宜灸、灸药并用、辨经论治、脾肾为本等，其思想在《扁鹊心书》中体现。《扁鹊心书》中记载了大量肾系病症的诊治方法，本研究通过分析其临证特点，为现代临床提供借鉴。项目在河北省中医院实施以来，取得了较好反响，其法在临床应用中取得了较好的疗效。

Abstract

Yanzhao doctor Dou CAI's academic thoughts of TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine have a profound influence on later generations, mainly including suitable moxibustion for serious diseases, the combination of moxibustion medicine, differentiation of classics and treatment, spleen and kidney, etc. His thoughts are reflected in the Book Bianque Xin Shu. A large number of diagnosis and treatment methods of renal diseases are recorded in "Bian Que Xin Shu". This study provides reference for modern clinical practice by analyzing their clinical characteristics. Since the project was implemented in Hebei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, it has achieved a good response, and the method has achieved a good effect in clinical application.
