Effect of community nursing on high risk patients with hypertension
高血压高危患者社区护理效果观察

摘要

目的 观察高血压高危患者社会护理的效果。方法 将研究的时间确定为2021年1月-2022年1月，研究对象为收治的80例高血压高危患者，随机分成两组，一组为对照组，接受常规护理，另一组为研究组，常规护理基础上加用社区护理，对干预后的护理效果展开对比。结果 在高血压管理依从性对比上，干预后研究组的依从性均优于对照组，而在血压控制情况对比上，干预后研究组的血压控制率优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 将社区护理用于高血压高危患者护理中，会让患者自主控制血压，提高他们的保健意识，值得应用。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of Social Nursing on high-risk patients with hypertension.
Methods the study was conducted from January 2021 to January 2022. The subjects were 80 high-risk patients with hypertension. They were randomly divided into two groups. One group was the control group, receiving routine nursing, and the other group was the study group. On the basis of routine nursing and community nursing, the nursing effects after the intervention were compared.
Results in the comparison of hypertension management compliance, the compliance of the study group was better than that of the control group after the intervention. In the comparison of blood pressure control, the blood pressure control rate of the study group was better than that of the control group after the intervention (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   the application of community nursing in the nursing of high-risk patients with hypertension will enable patients to control their blood pressure independently and improve their health care awareness, which is worthy of application.
