目的 研究优质护理在腰椎间盘突出症护理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2021年4月－2022年1月收治的120例腰椎间盘突出症患者，采用平均分配法，将其分为实验组与对照组，每组60例。对照组采用常规护理措施，实验组采用优质护理，对比两组腰椎功能评分（ODI）与生活质量。结果 护理3个月、6个月之后实验组ODI分数低于对照组；实验组生活质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 腰椎间盘突出症患者在护理过程中，应用优质护理效果显著，可有效改善患者腰椎功能，提高其生活质量，值得推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of high-quality nursing in the nursing of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from April 2021 to January 2022 were divided into experimental group and control group by average distribution method, with 60 cases in each group. Routine nursing measures were used in the control group, and high-quality nursing was used in the experimental group. ODI and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results the ODI scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group after 3 and 6 months of nursing care; The score of quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P. Conclusion in the nursing process of patients with lumbar disc herniation, the application of high-quality nursing has a significant effect, which can effectively improve the lumbar function and improve their quality of life.
