摘要

目的 探究分析呼吸湿化治疗仪在先心术后困难撤机患儿中的应用。方法 选取于2021年1月至2022年1月,在我院接受先心术干预后出现困难撤机的患儿共100例,作为本次研究对象。按照电脑盲选的方式,将35例患儿随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规治疗的模式进行干预;观察组采用呼吸湿化治疗仪治疗的模式进行干预。对比分析对照组与观察组患儿接受机械通气的时间、PaO2指标、SpO2指标。结果 经治疗干预后,观察组在接受机械通气的时间、PaO2指标、SpO2指标方面,明显优于对照组,其中(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论 对先心术后困难撤机患儿,采用呼吸湿化治疗仪进行干预,能有效改善患儿接受机械通气的时间、PaO2指标、SpO2指标,在临床应用中具有优良的效果。值得推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the application of respiratory humidification therapy instrument in children with difficult weaning after congenital heart surgery.
Methods From January 2021 to January 2022, a total of 100 children with difficulty in weaning after receiving congenital heart surgery intervention in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the method of computer blind selection, 35 children were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was intervened by conventional treatment mode; the observation group was intervened by the mode of respiratory humidification therapy. The time, PaO2 index and SpO2 index of children receiving mechanical ventilation in the control group and the observation group were compared and analyzed.
Results After treatment intervention, the observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of the time of receiving mechanical ventilation, PaO2 index and SpO2 index, among which (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant.
Conclusion   Intervention with respiratory humidification therapy instrument for children with difficulty in weaning after congenital heart surgery can effectively improve the time, PaO2 index and SpO2 index of children receiving mechanical ventilation, and it has excellent results in clinical application. It is worth promoting and applying.
