Observation on the effect of prevention and nursing intervention on postpartum hemorrhage by midwives in delivery room
产房助产士对产后出血的预防和护理干预效果观察

摘要

目的 研究产房助产士对产后出血的预防和护理干预效果。方法 选择2020年01月-2021年12月到本院治疗产后出血患者共92例作为观察对象，按照护理方式不同，分为实验和对照两组。分析两组护理效果。结果 实验组出血量明显少于对照组，P＜0.05；护理前，两组心理状态对比，P＞0.05；护理后，实验组SAS评分和SDS评分均低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 在产科，产后出血病症在分娩产妇中较为常见，此病症的出现将对产妇的身体造成不良影响。若是产妇在产后二十四小时之内，其出血量超出500ml，即可被认定为产后出血。若是止血不够及时，会使得产妇生命安全受到威胁。产房助产士引入对产后出血预防，效果显著，安全性高，可运用。

Abstract

Objective To study the prevention and nursing intervention effect of midwives in delivery room on postpartum hemorrhage.
Methods a total of 92 cases of postpartum hemorrhage treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as observation objects. According to different nursing methods, they were divided into experimental and control groups. The nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed.
Results the amount of bleeding in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group (P<0.05); Before nursing, the psychological status of the two groups was compared (P>0.05); After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In obstetrics, postpartum bleeding disease is more common in childbirth, and the occurrence of this disease will have adverse effects on the maternal body. If the maternal bleeding volume within 24 hours exceeds 500ml postpartum, it can be identified as postpartum bleeding. If the bleeding is not timely enough, the maternal life safety will be threatened. The introduction of midwife in delivery room is effective and safe in preventing postpartum hemorrhage.
