摘要

妊娠剧吐（Hyperemesis gravidarum HG）是早期妊娠的并发症，该病是自限性疾病，一般无需治疗。中医讲妊娠剧吐为“恶阻”疾病的范畴，所谓胃肠道疾病为脾胃失调所致。由于孕妇人群的特殊性，治疗妊娠剧吐的方法有限。症状严重者也主要是改善症状、安胎等对症治疗。本文综述了刺激内关穴、神阙穴在治疗妊娠剧吐的应用。希望能够为促进中医医学治疗妊娠剧吐上起到积极作用，以及为推广中医医学在临床上的应用起到积极作用。

Abstract

Hyperemesis gravidarum (HG) is a complication of early pregnancy, which is a self-limiting disease and generally needs no treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine says hyperemesis gravidarum is a category of "malignant obstruction" diseases, and the so-called gastrointestinal diseases are caused by spleen-stomach dis- orders. Because of the particularity of pregnant women, the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum is limited. Severe symptoms are mainly symptomatic treatments such as improving symptoms and preventing miscarriage. This article summarized the application of stimulating Neiguan and Shenque points in treating hyperemesis gravidarum. It is hoped that it will play a positive role in promoting the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum with traditional Chinese medicine and promoting the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine.
