Severe fetal arrhythmia: a case report and literature review
严重胎儿心律失常1例临床报告及文献复习

摘要

目的 探析严重胎儿心律失常的临床特点以及诊疗方式。方法 回顾性分析1例严重胎儿心律失常患者的临床资料，对诊疗过程给予重点讨论。结果 本案例中，胎儿心律失常表现为心动过速，考虑到安全性，对孕妇进行急诊剖宫产，手术顺利，新生儿Apgar评分为10分；新生儿心电图提示：心房扑动，予行电复律及对症支持治疗，复律后未再反扑发作，复查心电图正常，母子平安出院。结论 严重胎儿心律失常的危害性大，可导致胎儿死亡，给孕妇带来极大伤害，应尽早检查确诊，根据实际病情采取有效的治疗措施，确保顺利分娩，同时积极改善预后。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and diagnosis and treatment of severe fetal arrhythmia.
Methods the clinical data of a case of severe fetal arrhythmia were analyzed retrospectively, and the diagnosis and treatment process were discussed emphatically.
Results In this case, the fetal arrhythmia was manifested as tachycardia. Considering the safety, emergency cesarean section was performed for the pregnant woman. The operation was successful, and the neonatal Apgar score was 10. The neonatal ECG indicated: atrial flutter, and electrical cardioversion was performed And symptomatic and supportive treatment, no counterattack after cardioversion, reexamination electrocardiogram was normal, mother and child were discharged safely.
Conclusion   severe fetal arrhythmia is very harmful, which can lead to fetal death and great harm to pregnant women. It is necessary to check and diagnose as soon as possible, and take effective treatment measures according to the actual condition to ensure smooth delivery and actively improve the prognosis.
