摘要

目的 在骨科护理管理中探讨全程健康教育模式应用的效果。方法 研究开展的时间跨度为2021年2月-2022年2月;在该阶段对研究样本进行明确,主要来源于在我院骨科接受治疗的患者,选取典型代表100例进行具体分析,采用计算机及相关软件对所有的患者进行编号,并使用软件分组。其中接受常规护理的50例患者分为参照组,另外50例患者护理过程中采用全程健康教育模式视为研究组。对两组护理期间的情况进行详细观察与记录,并进行对比分析。结果 进行两组护理前后情绪状况(SAS、SDS评分)比较,护理前无论是研究组还是参照组均无明显差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后相关指标均发生了改善,其中研究组改善效果明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。进行两组患者满意度比较,较高的小组为研究组,其优势显著(P<0.05)。结论 在骨科护理管理中合理的应用全程健康教育模式,能够有效地改善患者的不良情绪,并促进护理效果提升,对患者满意度的提高有着良好作用。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of the application of the whole-course health education model in orthopaedic nursing management.
Methods: The time span of the study was from February 2021 to February 2022; at this stage, the research samples were clarified, mainly from patients receiving treatment in the orthopaedic department of our hospital, and 100 typical representatives were selected for specific analysis, using computer and related software to number all patients and group them using software. Among them, 50 patients who received routine care were divided into the reference group, and the other 50 patients who adopted the whole-process health education model during the nursing process were regarded as the research group. Detailed observations and records of the two groups during the nursing period were carried out, and a comparative analysis was carried out.
Results: Comparing the emotional status (SAS, SDS scores) before and after nursing in the two groups, there was no significant difference between the research group and the reference group before nursing, and there was no statistical significance (P>0.05); after nursing, related indicators were improved. , the improvement effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). Comparing the two groups of patients' satisfaction, the higher group is the research group, and its advantage is significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The rational application of the whole-course health education model in orthopaedic nursing management can effectively improve the patient's negative emotions, promote the improvement of nursing effect, and have a good effect on the improvement of patient satisfaction.
