内镜逆行阑尾炎治疗术治疗急性阑尾炎的应用进展

摘要

急性阑尾炎属于临床腹部外科的常见疾病，是由于阑尾梗阻、感染或其他原因引发的。开腹阑尾切除术和腹腔镜阑尾切除术是临床较为常用的手术方法，伴随着新型内镜下微创治疗的发展，内镜逆行性阑尾炎治疗术在急性阑尾炎的诊断和治疗方面取得了显着成效，特别是急性单纯性阑尾炎和阑尾脓肿。与CT、MRI和超声相比，内镜逆行性阑尾炎治疗术的治疗在诊断阑尾方面具有显着优势；与抗生素、腹腔镜阑尾切除术和腹部阑尾炎相比，内镜逆行性阑尾炎治疗术安全性高，严重并发症少，术后恢复时间快。本文就内镜逆行阑尾炎治疗术治疗急性阑尾炎的应用进展进行综述。

Abstract

Acute appendicitis is a common disease in clinical abdominal surgery, which is caused by appendix obstruction, infection or other reasons. Open appendectomy and laparoscopic appendectomy are commonly used surgical methods in clinic. With the development of new endoscopic minimally invasive treatment, endoscopic retrograde appendicitis has achieved remarkable results in the diagnosis and treatment of acute appendicitis, especially acute simple appendicitis and appendiceal abscess. Compared with CT, MRI and ultrasound, endoscopic retrograde appendicitis treatment has obvious advantages in diagnosing appendix. Compared with antibiotics, laparoscopic appendectomy and abdominal appendicitis, endoscopic retrograde appendicitis treatment is safer, with fewer serious complications and faster postoperative recovery time. This article reviews the application progress of endoscopic retrograde appendicitis treatment for acute appendicitis.
