Clinical observation of high quality nursing applied in the nursing of patients with sudden deafness accompanied by tinnitus
优质护理应用于突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者护理中的临床观察

摘要

目的 观察对突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者实施优质护理的临床价值。方法 本研究的医学观察对象选取自本院2021年3月-2022年1月期间收治于耳鼻喉科的突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者，共纳入74例，按照随机数字表法分成2组，每组37例。对照组予以常规护理，观察组采取优质护理，评价护理前后患者的焦虑、抑郁状态及睡眠质量，比较两组临床疗效。结果 两组护理前SAS、SDS及PSQI得分均无显著性差异（P>0.05）；护理后观察组各量表得分均低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组临床总有效率94.59%，对照组为75.68%，两组间的差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者护理中实施优质护理，可有效改善病人的不良情绪，提高睡眠质量，有助于提高临床疗效，让患者受益很深，有较高的临床价值。

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical value of high quality nursing for patients with sudden deafness accompanied by tinnitus.
Methods: A total of 74 patients with sudden deafness accompanied by tinnitus admitted to the department of otorhinolaryngology of our hospital from March 2021 to January 2022 were selected as medical observation objects in this study. They were divided into 2 groups according to random number table method, with 37 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given high-quality nursing. The anxiety, depression and sleep quality of patients before and after nursing were evaluated, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.
Results: There were no significant differences in SAS, SDS and PSQI scores between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05). The scores of all scales in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total clinical effective rate was 94.59% in the observation group and 75.68% in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : In the nursing of patients with sudden deafness accompanied by tinnitus, the implementation of high quality nursing can effectively improve the patients' bad mood, improve the quality of sleep, contribute to improve the clinical efficacy, so that patients benefit deeply, has high clinical value.
