Application of early lower extremity functional rehabilitation combined with ice compress in nursing of knee joint replacement
早期下肢功能康复联合冰敷在膝关节置换术护理中的应用

摘要

目的 研究分析膝关节置换术护理中早期下肢功能康复联合冰敷的作用。方法 本次实验跨越2020年10月至2022年4月这一时间段，研究人员对120例接受膝关节置换术的患者进行研究。将双盲对照原则作为本次实验所选患者的分组依据，研究人员采用膝关节置换术对所选患者进行治疗，并分别采用常规护理、早期下肢功能康复联合冰敷来完成对照组及实验组患者护理任务。记录对照组及实验组患者不同时间点VAS疼痛评分、患者膝关节功能恢复情况，并加以分析比较。结果 对照组及实验组所选患者在术后第一天、术后第三天及术后第六天VAS疼痛评分数据加以分析比较，均存在着不容忽视的差异，（p＜0.05）；对照组及实验组所选患者中膝关节功能恢复较好及恢复尚可的人数分别为53人及60人，占比分别为88.33%及100.00%，膝关节功能恢复良好率数据加以比较，差异是不容忽视的，（p＜0.05）。结论 在膝关节置换术护理中早期下肢功能康复联合冰敷的临床应用价值远远高于常规护理。

Abstract

Objective To study and analyze the effect of early lower extremity functional rehabilitation combined with ice compress in knee replacement nursing.
Methods This study spanned the time period October 2020 to April 2022 in 120 patients undergoing knee arthroplasty. The double-blind control principle was used as the basis for the grouping of the selected patients in this experiment. The researchers treated the selected patients with knee replacement surgery, and used routine nursing, early lower extremity functional rehabilitation combined with ice compress to complete the control group and the experimental group. Patient care tasks. The VAS pain score and knee joint function recovery of patients in the control group and the experimental group at different time points were recorded, and analyzed and compared.
Results The VAS pain score data of the selected patients in the control group and the experimental group were analyzed and compared on the first postoperative day, the third posto- perative day and the sixth postoperative day, and there were significant differences (p<0.05); Among the selected patients in the control group and the experimental group, there were 53 and 60 patients with good recovery of knee joint function and 60 patients, accounting for 88.33% and 100.00%, respectively is not negligible, (p<0.05).
Conclusion   The clinical application value of early lower extremity functional rehabilitation combined with ice compress in the nursing of knee replacement is much higher than that of routine nursing.
