Observation on the application effect of comfortable nursing in the nursing of lumbar vertebral fractures
舒适护理在腰椎骨折护理中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 在腰椎骨折患者护理的过程中探讨舒适护理的应用效果。方法 从我院收治的患者中选取部分具有代表性的腰椎骨折患者作为分析对象，从2021年4月至2022年4月期间选取的患者中选择90例，将患者采用平均分配的原则，分到不同护理方法的小组中，使用舒适护理的45例患者视为研究组，使用常规护理方法的45例患者视为参照组。对两组护理后的情况进行分析和记录，深入了解护理后患者是否发生并发症和是否对护理满意。结果 研究组患者中有4例并发症，参照组有15例并发症，并发症发生率分别为8.89%（4/45）、33.33%（15/45），这一结果说明研究组并发症发生率低存在差异和统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组患者中有43例满意，参照组有38例满意，满意度分别为95.56%（43/45）、75.56%（34/45），这一结果说明研究组满意度高存在差异和统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在腰椎骨折患者的护理过程中，采用舒适护理能够有效地减少患者并发症的发生，对护理质量和满意度的提高有着积极作用，可在今后护理中大力借鉴并积极推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in the nursing process of patients with lumbar fractures.
Methods: Some representative patients with lumbar vertebral fractures were selected from the patients admitted to our hospital as the analysis objects, and 90 patients were selected from the patients selected from April 2021 to April 2022. To the groups of different care methods, 45 patients using comfort care were regarded as the study group, and 45 patients using usual care methods were regarded as the reference group. The post-nursing conditions of the two groups were analyzed and recorded, so as to understand whether the patients had complications and whether they were satisfied with the nursing.
Results: There were 4 complications in the study group and 15 complications in the reference group. The complication rates were 8.89% (4/45) and 33.33% (15/45), respectively. This result indicates that the study group had complications. There were differences and statistical significance in the low incidence rate (P<0.05). 43 patients in the research group were satisfied, and 38 patients in the reference group were satisfied, with a satisfaction rate of 95.56% (43/45) and 75.56% (34/45), respectively. This result shows that there are differences and statistical significance in the high satisfaction of the research group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : In the nursing process of patients with lumbar vertebral fractures, the use of comfortable nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of complications of patients, and has a positive effect on the improvement of nursing quality and satisfaction. It can be used for reference and active promotion in future nursing.
