Application of pulmonary rehabilitation technology based on ERAS concept in cervical SCI patients
基于ERAS理念的肺康复技术在颈脊髓损伤患者应用研究

摘要

目的 探讨快速康复（ERAS）理念结合肺康复技术在颈脊髓损伤患者围术期的应用效果。方法 将我院骨科2021年6月-10月收治50例颈脊髓损伤患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用常规护理方法，观察组运用新的快速康复理念下肺康复技术，比较两组患者对护理服务的满意度，排痰效果及肺部并发症的发生率。结果 观察组患者对护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；肺部感染发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），结论 通过运用快速康复结合肺康复技术，能够有效预防和降低颈脊髓损伤患者的并发症发生，减轻疼痛，提高治疗成功率，降低死亡率。提高患者对护理服务的满意度。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the application effect of rapid rehabilitation (ERAS) combined with pulmonary rehabilitation technology in patients with cervical spinal cord injury.
Methods 50 patients with cervical spinal cord injury admitted from June to October 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group using the new concept to compare the satisfaction with nursing service, sputum discharge effect and the incidence of pulmonary complications.
Results The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05), and the incidence of pulmonary infection was significantly lower (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Through the use of rapid rehabilitation and pulmonary rehabilitation technology, it can effectively pre- vent and reduce complications, reduce pain, improve treatment success rate and reduce mortality. Improve patient satisfaction with nursing services.
