Analysis of the application effect of nurse-patient communication in pediatric surgical nursing
护患沟通在小儿外科护理中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 分析小儿外科护理工作中的护患沟通及其临床应用效果。方法 本次研究以小儿外科中的患儿为研究对象，共纳入72例，存在不同疾病，已经征得了家长的同意，并且家长均已签署知情同意书。同时为保障本次研究的顺利实施，对72例患儿进行随机分组，最终被分配为两个小组，其中一组继续使用常规护理措施，另一组则使用护患沟通艺术，并比较分析两组患儿家长的满意度和焦虑情绪评分。结果 在对两组患儿家长进行满意度的评估统计时，确认观察组中仅有2例家长不满意，对照组中则有7例不满意，满意度分别为94.44%、80.56%，观察组家长满意度显著高于对照组，（P＜0.05）。其次，在实施护理干预后观察组家长的焦虑情绪评分也明显低于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 小儿外科护理工作中加强对护患沟通艺术的应用有助于提高护理质量并让家长放心。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the nurse-patient communication and its clinical application effect in pediatric surgical nursing.
Methods This study took children in pediatric surgery as the research object. A total of 72 cases were included. They had different diseases. The consent of the parents had been obtained, and the parents had signed the informed consent. At the same time, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of this study, 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups, one group continued to use routine nursing measures, and the other group used nurse-patient communication arts, and the two groups were compared and analyzed. Satisfaction and anxiety scores of parents of children in the group.
Results In the evaluation and statistics of the satisfaction of the parents of the two groups of children, it was confirmed that only 2 parents in the observation group were dissa- tisfied, and 7 in the control group were dissatisfied. The satisfaction rates were 94.44% and 80.56%, respectively. The satisfaction of parents in the group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Secondly, the anxiety scores of the parents in the observation group were also significantly lower than those in the control group after the nursing intervention (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Strengthening the application of nurse-patient commu- nication art in pediatric surgical nursing can help improve nursing quality and reassure parents.
