The role of optimized nursing guided by the concept of rapid recovery after cholecystectomy
以快速康复理念为引导的优化护理在胆囊切除术后的作用

摘要

目的:探讨以快速康复理念为引导的优化护理在胆囊切除术后的作用及其临床改善效果。方法: 此次研究初始时间为 2021 年 2 月，截止时间为 2022 年 2 月，抽取此段时间内到院接受胆囊切除术的患者， 共 90 例作为本次研究对象。按照随机抓阄法均分组，其中 45 例予以快速康复理念为引导的优化护理，为 观察组，余下 45 例予以常规的优质护理干预，为对照组。结果:观察组患者的肛门排气时间、术后下床时间、 输液总量、血糖指标、术后疼痛、及住院时间等各项临床改善效果整体优于对照组，具有统计学意义(P<0.05) 两组患者的并发症发生率分别为观察组 13.33%（6/45）和对照组 51.11%（23/45），具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论:以快速康复理念为引导的优化护理在胆囊切除术后的临床应用当中，患者的症状改善效果均得到显著 的提升，在提升护理满意度的同时，患者的并发症现象也明显降低，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of optimized nursing guided by the concept of rapid recovery after cholecystectomy and its clinical improvement effect.
Methods: The initial time of this study was February 2021, and the cut-off time was February 2022. A total of 90 patients who came to the hospital for cholecystectomy during this period were selected as the research objects. According to the random lottery method, they were divided into groups. Among them, 45 cases received optimized nursing guided by the concept of rapid recovery as the observation group, and the remaining 45 cases received routine high-quality nursing intervention as the control group.
Results: The clinical improvement effects of the patients in the observation group, such as anal exhaust time, postoperative ambulation time, total infusion volume, blood glucose index, postoperative pain, and hospitalization time, were generally better than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P< 0.05);the incidence of complications in the two groups was They were 13.33% (6/45) in the observation group and 51.11% (23/45) in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : In the clinical application of optimized nursing guided by the concept of rapid recovery after cholecystectomy, the symptom improvement effect of patients has been significantly improved. While improving nursing satisfaction, the complications of patients have also been significantly reduced, which is worthwhile. Promote the application.
