摘要

目的 分析工作坊教学模式在消毒供应中心去污区岗位培训中的应用。方法 选择了我院2019年12月到2020年12月诊断并且治疗教学模式的消毒供应中心去污区岗位培训医护人员为研究对象,根据入院治疗的时间先后进行编号,随机数字法将100例研究对象分两组。研究组(n=50例)给予工作坊教学模式;参照组(n=50例)给予常规教学模式。结果 参照组的理论成绩低于研究组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。参照组的实践成绩水平低于研究组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。参照组的学习质量水平低于研究组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 工作坊教学模式在临床上可以为医护人员改善理论成绩、实践成绩以及学习质量水平,实现消毒供应中心去污区岗位培训医护人员的教学模式目标,值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application of workshop teaching mode in on-the-job training in decontamination area of disinfection supply center.
Methods: the on-the-job training medical staff in the decontamination area of the disinfection supply center diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. 100 research objects were divided into two groups by random number method according to the time of admission. The study group (n = 50 cases) gave workshop teaching mode; The reference group (n = 50 cases) was given routine teaching mode.
Results: the theoretical score of the reference group was lower than that of the study group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The practical achievement level of the reference group was lower than that of the study group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The learning quality level of the reference group was lower than that of the study group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : the workshop teaching mode can improve the theoretical achievement, practical achievement and learning quality level for medical staff in clinic, and realize the teaching mode goal of on-the-job training of medical staff in decontamination area of disinfection supply center, which is worthy of popularization.
