呼吸内科慢性咳嗽症状临床治疗及观察

摘要

目的 分析呼吸内科慢性咳嗽症状临床治疗和效果。方法 选择我院2021年1月-2022年1月慢性咳嗽症状患者共260例，数字表随机分2组每组130例，对照组的患者给予富马酸酮替芬片、复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗，观察组在该基础上增加孟鲁司特钠。比较两组咳嗽、咳痰、呼吸不畅、咽部发痒消失时间、治疗前后患者肺功能、总有效率、不良反应。结果 观察组咳嗽、咳痰、呼吸不畅、咽部发痒消失时间短于对照组，治疗后患者肺功能高于对照组，总有效率高于对照组，P＜0.05。两组治疗过程不良反应未见，P＞0.05。结论 富马酸酮替芬片、复方甲氧那明胶囊联合孟鲁司特钠对于慢性咳嗽症状的治疗效果确切，可进一步缓解患者的临床慢性咳嗽症状，改善患者肺功能，安全性高，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical treatment and effect of chronic cough symptoms in respiratory medicine.
Methods A total of 260 patients with chronic cough symptoms in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups with 130 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given ketotifen fumarate tablets and compound methoxyna Ming Capsule treatment, the observation group was supplemented with montelukast sodium on this basis. The disappearance time of cough, expectoration, dyspnea, pharyngeal itching, pulmonary function, total effective rate, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.
Results The disappearance time of cough, expectoration, dyspnea and pharyngeal itching in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the lung function of the patients after treatment was higher than that of the control group, and the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05. There were no adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment, P>0.05.
Conclusion   Ketotifen fumarate tablets, compound methoxyphenamine capsules combined with montelukast sodium are effective in the treatment of chronic cough symptoms, and can further relieve clinical chronic cough symptoms and improve lung function of patients with high safety. Worth promoting.
