Application of individualized nursing mode in nursing operation of otolaryngology department
个性化护理模式在耳鼻喉科护理操作中的应用

摘要

目的 在耳鼻喉科护理操作中探讨个性化护理模式应用及效果。方法 从我院耳鼻喉科患者中选取部分具有代表性的患者作为分析对象，从2021年4月至2022年4月期间选取的患者中选择80例，将患者采用平均分配的原则，分到不同护理方法的小组中，使用个性化护理模式的40例患者视为研究组，使用常规护理方法的45例患者视为参照组。对两组护理后的情况进行分析和记录，深入了解护理后患者的疼痛情况和是否对护理满意，并分析并发症发生率和知识知晓率。结果 研究组患者中有38例满意，参照组有31例满意，满意度分别为95.0（38/40）、77.5%（31/40），这一结果说明研究组满意度高存在差异和统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组疼痛评分低于参照组，结果个性化护理模式的研究组具有优势，且十分明显（P＜0.05）。另外研究组患者知识知晓率和并发症发生率分别高于和低于参照组，存在明显的差异和统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在耳鼻喉科护理的过程中，采用个性化护理模式能够有效地提高护理效果和满意度，并减少并发症的发生，在临床中值得借鉴和推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application and effect of personalized nursing mode in ENT nursing operation.
Methods Select some representative patients from the otolaryngology department of our hospital as the analysis object, and select 80 patients from the patients selected from April 2021 to April 2022, and divide the patients into two groups based on the principle of equal distribution. Among the groups of different care methods, 40 patients using the personalized care model were considered as the study group, and 45 patients using the usual care method were considered as the reference group. The post-nursing conditions of the two groups were analyzed and recorded, and the pain status of the patients after the nursing and whether they were satisfied with the nursing were deeply understood, and the incidence of complications and the knowledge awareness rate were analyzed.
Results 38 patients in the research group were satisfied, and 31 patients in the reference group were satisfied, and the satisfaction rates were 95.0 (38/40) and 77.5% (31/40), respectively. Academic significance (P<0.05). The pain score of the research group was lower than that of the reference group, and the results showed that the research group with individualized nursing mode had an advantage, and it was very obvious (P<0.05). In addition, the knowledge awareness rate and complication rate of patients in the study group were higher and lower than those in the reference group, respectively, with significant differences and statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the process of ENT nursing, the use of personalized nursing mode can effectively improve the nursing effect and satisfaction, and reduce the occurrence of complications, which is worthy of reference and promotion in clinical practice.
