Influence of double-link collaborative nursing mode on intestinal function and adverse psychologicalstate of patients after hepatobiliary surgery
双环节协同护理模式对肝胆外科术后患者肠道功能及不良心理状态的影响

摘要

目的 探讨双环节协同护理模式对肝胆外科术后患者肠道功能及不良心理状态的影响。方法 将我院2021年1月-2022年1月80例肝胆外科手术患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施双环节协同护理模式。比较两组护理前后不良心理状态焦虑自评量表评分和抑郁自评量表评分、护理满意度、术后胃肠道蠕动时间、术后排便时间、并发症发生率。结果 实验组不良心理状态焦虑自评量表评分和抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，术后胃肠道蠕动时间、术后排便时间短于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 肝胆外科手术患者实施双环节协同护理模式效果确切，有利于减轻患者的不良心理状态，加速患者胃肠道功能恢复，减少并发症，提高患者的满意度。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of dual-link collaborative nursing mode on intestinal function and adverse psychological state of patients after hepatobiliary surgery.
Methods Eighty patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were divided into two groups by double-blind randomization. The control group was given routine nursing care, while the experimental group was given a double-link collaborative nursing model. The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale, nursing satisfaction, postoperative gastrointestinal motility time, postoperative defecation time, and complication rate were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.
Results The scores of the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the nursing satisfaction was higher than those in the control group, and the postoperative gastrointestinal motility time and postoperative defecation time were shorter than those in the control group. The incidence of the disease was lower than that of the control group, P<0.05.
Conclusion   The dual-link collaborative nursing model for patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery has an exact effect, which is beneficial to reduce the patient's bad psychological state, accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function, reduce complications, and improve patient satisfaction.
