人文护理在高原地区高压氧治疗中的效果分析

摘要

目的 研究人文护理在高原地区高压氧治疗中的应用效果。方法 病例选取时间为2021年5月到2022年3月，高原地区接受高压氧治疗的54例患者展开研究，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组27例。对照组采用常规护理措施，实验组采用人权护理，对比两组患者满意度、并发症发生率。结果 实验组患者总满意度为96.30%（26/27），对照组患者总满意度为74.07%（20/27），实验组高于对照组（χ2=4.9595，P=0.0259）；实验组并发症总发生率为3.70%（1/27），对照组并发症发生率为22.22%（6/27），实验组低于对照组（χ2=5.2826，P=0.0215），两组数据间对比，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论 高原地区应用高压氧治疗的患者，实施人文护理效果更为理想，可有效降低患者并发症发生率，保障患者的治疗安全，提高满意度。

Abstract

Objective: To study the application effect of humanistic nursing in hyperbaric oxygen treatment in plateau area.
Methods: from May 2021 to March 2022, 54 patients who received hyperbaric oxygen treatment at high altitude were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 27 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing measures, and the experimental group was treated with human rights nursing. The patient satisfaction and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.
Results: the total satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 96.30% (26 / 27), and that in the control group was 74.07% (20 / 27). The total satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (x2 = 4.9595, P = 0.0259); The total incidence of complications was 3.70% (1 / 27) in the experimental group and 22.22% (6 / 27) in the control group. The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (x2 = 5.2826, P = 0.0215). There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : the effect of humanistic nursing is more ideal for patients treated with hyperbaric oxygen in plateau area, which can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, ensure the safety of treatment and improve satisfaction.
