探究PDCA循环管理模式在骨科护理管理中的运用

摘要

目的 通过本次研究探析在骨科护理管理中应用PDCA循环管理模式的实际效果。方法 本次研究的实施中将选取72例骨科患者作为研究对象，入组前已经对其基本资料进行了简单分析，确认患者可以入组参与实验。同时将患者进行随机分组，最终将其按照每组36例患者的标准分配为对照组、观察组，每组36例，并于观察组中应用PDCA循环管理模式，对照组则继续应用常规护理管理模式，并比较其具体护理管理效果。结果 对比分析了不同护理管理模式下的护理风险事件发生率，结果显示观察组的护理风险事件发生率显著低于对照组，（P＜0.05）。不仅如此，观察组护理态度、沟通能力、安全护理、基础护理等方面的护理质量评分相对更高于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 在骨科护理管理工作中加强对PDCA循环管理模式的应用可提高护理质量，保障护理安全性。

Abstract

Objective: Through this study, to explore the actual effect of applying PDCA cycle management mode in orthopaedic nursing management.
Methods: In the implementation of this study, 72 orthopaedic patients will be selected as the research objects, and their basic data have been briefly analyzed before enrollment to confirm that the patients can be enrolled in the experiment. At the same time, the patients were randomly divided into groups, and finally they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the standard of 36 patients in each group, with 36 cases in each group, and the PDCA cycle management mode was applied in the observation group, while the control group continued to apply routine nursing management model and compare its specific nursing management effects.
Results: The incidence of nursing risk events under different nursing management modes was compared and analyzed, and the results showed that the incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Not only that, the nursing quality scores of the observation group in terms of nursing attitude, communication ability, safety nursing, and basic nursing were relatively higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Strengthening the application of PDCA cycle management model in orthopaedic nursing management can improve nursing quality and ensure nursing safety.
