The application of PDCA circulation method in the management of nursing teaching in the department of geriatrics
老年病科护理带教管理中PDCA循环法的应用

摘要

目的 研究分析老年病科护理带教管理中PDCA循环法的作用。方法 本次实验跨越2019年2月至2021年11月这一时间段，研究人员对90名老年病科实习护理人员进行研究。研究人员将所选实习护理人员按照双盲对照原则分组，对照组所选45名实习护理人员护理带教管理中采用传统带教模式，实验组所选45名实习护理人员护理带教管理中采用PDCA循环法，记录对照组及实验组实习护理人员对护理带教管理工作所持态度、综合能力评分，并加以比较分析。结果 对照组所选45例实习护理人员中对护理带教管理工作持十分认可及比较认可态度的人数共计40人，占比为88.89%，实验组对应人数为45人，占组内所选患者总人数的比例为100.00%，比较分析组间护理带教认可度相关数据，差异较大，（p＜0.05）；（83.8±5.1）分及（93.4±3.2）分分别为对照组及实验组实习护理人员综合能力评分，组间相关数据比较分析，有着较大的差距，（p＜0.05）。结论 在老年病科护理带教管理中PDCA循环法有着不俗的表现，其应用价值远高于传统带教模式。

Abstract

Objective: To study and analyze the role of PDCA circulation method in the management of nursing education in the department of geriatrics.
Methods: This experiment spanned the time period from February 2019 to November 2021. Researchers conducted a study on 90 trainee nurses in the Department of Geriatrics. The researchers divided the selected nurses into groups according to the principle of double-blind control. The 45 nurses in the control group selected the traditional nursing teaching management model, and the 45 nurses selected in the experimental group used the traditional nursing teaching management. The PDCA cycle method records the attitudes and comprehensive ability scores of the nurse practitioners in the control group and the experimental group to the management of nursing teaching and management, and compares and analyzes them. Result: Among the 45 nurse practitioners selected in the control group, there are 40 people who have a very recognized and relatively recognized attitude towards nursing teaching management work, accounting for 88.89%, and the corresponding number in the experimental group is 45 people, accounting for the selected group The proportion of the total number of patients is 100.00%. The comparison and analysis of the data related to the recognition of nursing teaching and education between the groups is quite different, (p<0.05); (83.8±5.1) points and (93.4±3.2) points are the control group and the experiment, respectively There is a large gap between the comprehensive ability scores of nurse nurses in the group and the comparative analysis of related data between the groups (p<0.05).
Conclusion  : The PDCA cycle method has a good performance in the management of nursing teaching in geriatrics, and its application value is much higher than the traditional teaching mode.
