舒适护理干预在大疱性皮肤病护理中的应用探究

摘要

目的 舒适护理干预在大疱性皮肤病护理中的应用探究。方法 实验于2020年1月至2020年12月期间选择90例因大疱性皮肤病前来我院进行就诊的病人进行调研，参与本次调研病人均接受治疗，但由于疾病特殊性在治疗期间因配合护理干预。按照护理举措将其归纳为2个小组，每组均纳入45例病人。按照护理方案将其命名常规组与研究组。常规组所采用的护理方案为传统常规护理，研究组所采用的护理方案为舒适护理。总结与探究2种护理方案实施效果。结果 护理后常规组SAS评分结果、SDS评分结果均有所降低，与护理前相比有一定差异，（P<0.05）；护理后研究组SAS评分结果、SDS评分结果均有所降低，与护理前相比有一定差异，（P<0.05）。经过护理，常规组、研究组SAS评分结果、SDS评分结果改善，但常规组SAS评分结果、SDS评分结果均高于研究组，两组对照差异明显，（P<0.05）。结论 舒适护理干预在大疱性皮肤病护理中实施效果优异，此方案值得临床应用与普及。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application of comfort nursing intervention in the nursing of bullous dermatosis.
Methods the experiment selected 90 patients who came to our hospital for treatment due to bullous dermatosis from January 2020 to December 2020 for investigation. All the patients participating in this investigation received treatment, but due to the particularity of the disease, they cooperated with nursing intervention during the treatment period. According to the nursing measures, they were divided into two groups, with 45 patients in each group. According to the nursing plan, they were named routine group and study group. The nursing scheme adopted by the routine group was traditional routine nursing, and the nursing scheme adopted by the study group was comfort nursing. Summarize and explore the implementation effect of two nursing schemes.
Results after nursing, the SAS score and SDS score in the routine group decreased, which were different from those before nursing (P < 0.05); The SAS score and SDS score of the study group decreased after nursing, which was different from that before nursing (P < 0.05). After nursing, the SAS score and SDS score of the routine group and the study group were improved, but the SAS score and SDS score of the routine group were higher than those of the study group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   comfort nursing intervention has excellent effect in the nursing of bullous dermatosis. This scheme is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
