Analysis of the effect of nursing with hydrocolloid dressing and anti-leakage cream for patients with abdominal enterostomy and wounds
为腹部存在肠造口和伤口的患者使用水胶体敷料及防漏膏进行护理的效果分析

摘要

目的 论水胶体敷料及防漏膏进行护理在腹部存在肠造口和伤口的患者中的应用。方法 随机选择在我院医治的腹部存在肠造口和伤口的患者90例，按随机方式分组，其中45例采取常规护理（对照组），另45例实施水胶体敷料及防漏膏进行护理（观察组），经观察对比，得出结论。结果 对于各项数据的对比来说，观察组护理方法的各项数据更加有优势，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理之后观察组患者并发症发生情况、护理满意度、换药的次数及住院的时间明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 使用本研究方法进行护理，可以减少并发症的发生，减少换药次数，促进快速康复，提高护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To discuss the nursing application of hydrocolloid dressing and anti-leakage cream in patients with abdominal enterostomy and wounds.
Methods A total of 90 patients with abdominal enterostomy and wounds treated in our hospital were randomly selected and randomly divided into groups. Among them, 45 patients received routine nursing care (control group), and the other 45 patients received hydrocolloid dressing and anti-leakage ointment for nursing care. (Observation group), after observation and comparison, a conclusion is drawn.
Results For the comparison of various data, the observation group's nursing methods were more advantageous, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing, the incidence of complications, nursing satisfaction, the number of dressing changes and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Nursing using this research method can reduce the occurrence of complications, reduce the number of dressing changes, promote rapid recovery, and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
