On the modern concept of rehabilitation nursing to guide the nursing work of rehabilitation medicine
论现代康复护理理念指导康复医学科的护理工作

摘要

目的 研究分析康复医学科护理工作中现代康复护理理念的应用价值。方法 本次实验跨越2020年2月至2022年5月这一时间段，研究人员对100例康复医学科患者进行研究。将双盲对照原则作为本次实验所选患者的分组依据，研究人员在对照组及实验组所选患者护理过程中分别采用传统康复护理理念、现代康复护理理念，记录对照组及实验组患者干预前后抑郁评分及疼痛评分、恢复效果，并加以分析比较。结果 对照组及实验组所选患者在干预前，抑郁评分及疼痛评分之间均不存在显著的差异，（p＞0.05），在干预后，两组患者抑郁评分及疼痛评分均出现了较为明显的下降，且组间对应数据之间存在着不容忽视的差距，（p＜0.05）；对照组及实验组所选患者中恢复较好及恢复一般的人数分别为37人及46人，占比分别为74.00%及92.00%，组间患者恢复良好率相关数据之间的差异是不容忽视的，（p＜0.05）。结论 在康复医学科护理工作中现代康复护理理念有着较高的应用价值，应用效果显著优于传统康复护理理念。

Abstract

Objective To study and analyze the application value of modern rehabilitation nursing concepts in the nursing work of rehabilitation medicine department.
Methods This experiment spanned the time period from February 2020 to May 2022. The researchers studied 100 patients in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. Taking the principle of double-blind control as the basis for grouping the selected patients in this experiment, the researchers adopted traditional rehabilitation nursing concepts and modern rehabilitation nursing concepts respectively in the nursing process of the selected patients in the control group and experimental group, and recorded the intervention of patients in the control group and experimental group. Depression score, pain score, and recovery effect before and after were analyzed and compared.
Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference between the depression and pain scores of the selected patients in the control group and the experimental group (p>0.05). Significant decrease, and there is a gap that cannot be ignored between the corresponding data between the groups, (p<0.05); the number of patients in the control group and the experimental group who recovered well and recovered were 46, accounting for 37 and 46, respectively. The ratios were 74.00% and 92.00%, respectively, and the difference between the data on the good recovery rate of patients between the groups could not be ignored (p<0.05).
Conclusion  : The modern rehabilitation nursing concept has high application value in the nursing work of rehabilitation medicine department, and the application effect is significantly better than the traditional rehabilitation nursing concept.
