The effect of precision nursing in patients with intubation after lung cancer surgery
精准化护理在肺癌手术后置管患者的效果

摘要

目的 探究分析精准化护理在肺癌手术后置管患者的效果。方法 选取于2019年1月到2021年1月到我院接受肺癌手术的患者共100例，作为本次研究对象。按照电脑盲选的方式，将100例肺癌患者随机分为对照组与观察组，对照组采用常规护理的护理模式进行干预，观察组采用精准化护理的护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组与观察组的护理满意度、心理状况评分、疼痛程度评分。结果 经护理干预后，对比分析对照组与观察组的护理满意度、心理状况评分、疼痛程度评分，观察组明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05）差异具有统计学意义。结论 对肺癌手术患者应用精细化护理能有效提升患者的护理满意度，改善其心理状况、疼痛程度，在临床应用中具有优良的效果，值得推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of precision care in catheterization patients after lung cancer surgery.
Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing lung cancer surgery from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected.According to the method of computer blind selection, 100 lung cancer patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group adopted the nursing mode of routine care for intervention, and the observation group adopted the nursing mode of precision care for intervention.Nursing satisfaction, psychological status score, and pain degree scores of the control and observation groups were compared and analyzed.
Results After nursing intervention, the nursing satisfaction, psychological status score and pain degree score of the control group and the observation group were compared and analyzed. The observation group was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of refined nursing to patients with lung cancer surgery can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, improve their psychological status and pain level, and has excellent results in clinical application, which is worthy of promotion and application.
