Nursing points for complications after organ transplantation in patients with end-stage liver disease and diabetes mellitus
终末期肝病合并糖尿病患者器官移植术后并发症的护理要点

摘要

目的 研究终末期肝病合并糖尿病患者器官移植术后并发症的护理要点。方法 把2020年6月-2021年12月接收的30例终末期肝病合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象，用双盲法分为实验组和参考组，每组15例。两组均接受器官移植术，术后参考组进行普通护理，实验组通过明确护理要点干预，对比两组的并发症出现率和护理总满意度。结果 实验组的并发症出现率低于参考组，护理总满意度高于参考组，均有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论 终末期肝病合并糖尿病患者器官移植术后并发症护理要点为避免或是减轻排斥反应、出血、感染以及移植物抗宿主反应等，该种护理方式有利于减少并发症，提升满意度。

Abstract

Objective To study the nursing points of postoperative complications in patients with end-stage liver disease complicated with diabetes mellitus.
Methods A total of 30 patients with end-stage liver disease and diabetes mellitus received from June 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects, and were divided into an experimental group and a reference group by double-blind method, with 15 cases in each group. Both groups received organ transplantation, the reference group received general nursing after surgery, and the experimental group was intervened by clarifying nursing points, and the incidence of complications and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group, and the total nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the reference group, with significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The nursing points for complications after organ transplantation in patients with end-stage liver disease and diabetes mellitus are to avoid or reduce rejection, bleeding, infection and graft-versus-host reaction. This nursing method is beneficial to reduce complications and improve satisfaction.
