Efficacy of daplamide combined with amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease
吲达帕胺合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效

摘要

目的 研究高血压合并冠心病采取吲达帕胺、氨氯地平一起治疗产生的作用。方法 实验对象：58例高血压合并冠心病患者。实验时间：2020年1月到2021年1月。实验分组方式：随机数表方式。实验分组类别：对照组实施氨氯地平单独治疗，为29例；观察组实施吲达帕胺、氨氯地平一起治疗，为29例。结果 观察组治疗后总有效率显著较高，观察组治疗后收缩压、舒张压明显降低，差异具有统计学意义，（P＜0.05）。观察组和对照组不良反应发生率均较低，无明显差异，（P＞0.05)。结论 吲达帕胺、氨氯地平一起应用于此次病证中治疗能够稳定血压，治疗效果较明显，安全性较高，值得临床重视。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of indapamide and amlodipine on hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.
Methods: Subjects: 58 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease. Experiment time: January 2020 to January 2021. Experimental grouping: random number table. Experimental grouping category: 29 cases in the control group were treated with amlodipine alone; In the observation group, 29 cases were treated with indapamide and amlodipine.
Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher after treatment, and the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group decreased significantly after treatment (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group was low, and there was no significant difference (P > 0.05).
Conclusion  : indapamide and amlodipine can stabilize blood pressure in the treatment of this syndrome, with obvious therapeutic effect and high safety, which is worthy of clinical attention.
