Nursing of neonatal hypoglycemia in pregnant women with gestational diabetes
妊娠期糖尿病产妇分娩新生儿低血糖症的护理

摘要

目的 探究分析妊娠期糖尿病产妇分娩新生儿低血糖症的护理。方法 选取我院2021年1月-2021年12月收治的妊娠期糖尿病产妇分娩的新生儿低血糖症57例。分别给予常规护理（对照组28例）及早期护理（29例），分析两组患儿出生后不同时间点血糖值、及低血糖发生率。结果 研究组出生后血糖值与对照组无差异，无统计学意义（P>0.05）；研究组出生6h、12h、24h血糖值高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组13-24h、25-48h、49-72h低血糖发生率均低于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 通过对妊娠期糖尿病产妇分娩新生儿低血糖症实施有效的早期干预后可降低低血糖发生率，有效控制血糖，值得应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the nursing of neonatal hypoglycemia in pregnant women with gestational diabetes.
Methods: 57 cases of neonatal hypoglycemia of pregnant women with gestational diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from December 2021to 2021 were selected. Routine nursing (28 cases in control group) and early nursing (29 cases in control group) were given respectively. Blood glucose values and incidence of hypoglycemia at different time points after birth were analyzed in the two groups.
Results: There was no significant difference in blood glucose between the study group and the control group (P>0.05). The blood glucose of the study group at 6h, 12h and 24h was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of hypoglycemia at 13-24h, 25-48h and 49-72h in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Effective early intervention on neonatal hypoglycemia of pregnant women with gestational diabetes can reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia and effectively control blood glucose, which is worthy of application.
