目的 研究分析内分泌科护士甲状腺护理能力现状及相关因素。方法 本次实验跨越2020年10月至2022年3月这一时间段，研究人员对12名内分泌科护士进行研究。研究人员在本次实验中自行设计调查问卷，从科研能力、临床护理能力、领导能力、法律意识、沟通能力等方面对所选内分泌科护士甲状腺护理能力进行评估，并分析相关影响因素。结果 本次实验所选12名内分泌科护士甲状腺护理能力评分为（4.3±0.5）分，科研能力评分、临床护理能力评分、领导能力评分、法律意识评分、沟通能力评分分别为（4.3±0.7）分、（4.1±0.5）分、（4.2±0.6）分、（4.4±0.5）分、（4.3±0.8）分；工作年限、是否担任带教、奖金福利、薪资待遇、是否获得专科证书、聘用关系、职称、学历等因素对内分泌科护士甲状腺护理能力有着不容忽视的影响，（p＜0.05）。结论 内分泌科护士甲状腺护理能力现状良好，仍旧有着进一步提升的空间。医院应明确相关因素的影响，并采取针对性的措施加以应对。

Abstract

Objective To study and analyze the current situation and related factors of thyroid nursing ability of nurses in endocrinology department.
Methods: This experiment spanned the time period from October 2020 to March 2022, and researchers studied 12 endocrinology nurses. In this experiment, the researchers designed questionnaires by themselves to evaluate the thyroid nursing ability of the selected endocrinology nurses from the aspects of scientific research ability, clinical nursing ability, leadership ability, legal awareness, communication ability, etc., and analyzed the relevant influencing factors.
Results: The thyroid nursing ability score of 12 endocrinology nurses selected in this experiment was (4.3±0.5) points, and the scientific research ability score, clinical nursing ability score, leadership ability score, legal awareness score, and communication ability score were (4.3±0.7) respectively. ) points, (4.1±0.5) points, (4.2±0.6) points, (4.4±0.5) points, (4.3±0.8) points; working years, whether to teach, bonus and benefits, salary, whether to obtain a college certificate, Employment relationship, professional title, educational background and other factors have a non-negligible impact on the thyroid nursing ability of endocrinology nurses (p<0.05).
Conclusion  : The thyroid nursing ability of nurses in endocrinology department is in good condition, and there is still room for further improvement. Hospitals should clarify the impact of relevant factors and take targeted measures to deal with them.
