Efficacy analysis of physical therapy combined with exercise rehabilitation in the treatment of acute rotator cuff injury
物理疗法结合运动康复治疗急性肩袖损伤疗效分析

摘要

目的 了解急性肩袖损伤患者治疗中物理疗法与运动康复治疗联合使用的具体过程，并对其应用效果进行评价。方法 本次研究在我院接受治疗的急性肩袖损伤患者参与实施，共计人数68例，于2021年1月-2022年1月期间收治。根据要求，所有患者将以分组的形式展开物理疗法、物理疗法联合运动康复治疗效果的比较与分析，每组人数按照均等分配的原则进行划分，各为34例，前后分组为对照组、观察组。结果 从两组患者治疗优良率以及治疗后的UCLA评分比较上来看，观察组各项指标明显更优，组间数值差异符合统计学标准（P＜0.05）。结论 将物理疗法与运动康复治疗联合应用，使得急性肩袖损伤患者的病症得到更为明显的改善，促使其肩关节功能、主动前屈等各项功能较快的恢复，总体治疗效果显著，临床具有推广与使用价值。

Abstract

Objective To understand the specific process of the combined use of physical therapy and exercise rehabilitation in the treatment of patients with acute rotator cuff injury, and to evaluate its application effect.
Methods A total of 68 patients with acute rotator cuff injury who were treated in our hospital participated in the implementation of this study, and were admitted from January 2021 to January 2022. According to the requirements, all patients will be divided into groups to compare and analyze the effects of physical therapy, physical therapy combined with exercise rehabilitation. The number of people in each group will be divided according to the principle of equal distribution, with 34 cases in each group.
Results From the comparison of the excellent and good rate of treatment and the UCLA score after treatment between the two groups, the indicators in the observation group were significantly better, and the numerical differences between the two groups met the statistical standard (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The combined application of physiotherapy and exercise rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with acute rotator cuff injury, and promote the rapid recovery of shoulder joint function, active forward flexion and other functions. The overall therapeutic effect is remarkable. It has the value of promotion and use in clinic.
