摘要

目的 分析甲钴胺用于糖尿病周围神经病临床治疗中改善神经传导功能的效果。方法 2020年-2021年期间,选择我院收治了277例糖尿病周围神经病患者,将其当作本次实验的对象,通过随机分配原则,分为两组,常规治疗作为对照组,与甲钴胺治疗的实验组展开对比。比较两组患者的具体疗效。结果 实验组的治疗总有效率为97.12%,治疗依从性为97.84%;显著高于对照组的86.95%,83.33%,组间差异显著。此外,在神经传导速度上,无论是感觉神经还是运动神经,均明显优于对照组,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将甲钴胺用于糖尿病周围神经病患者的临床治疗中,能够有效提升神经传导功能,改善患者预后,具有临床推广价值。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the effect of methylcobalamin in the clinical treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy to improve nerve conduction function.
Methods: From 2020 to 2021, 277 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected and treated in our hospital as the object of this experiment, and divided into two groups through the principle of random allocation, with conventional treatment as the control group and methylcobalamin treatment as the experimental group. Specific efficacy was compared between the two groups of patients.
Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 97.12%, and the treatment compliance was 97.84%, which was significantly higher than that of 86.95% and 83.33% in the control group, and the difference between groups was significant. In addition, in terms of nerve conduction velocity, both sensory nerves and motor nerves were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The use of methylcobalamin in the clinical treatment of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy can effectively improve nerve conduction function and improve patient prognosis, which has clinical promotion value.
