Effects of different latency times on pregnancy outcomes in preterm premature rupture of membranes
早产胎膜早破不同潜伏时间对妊娠结局的影响研究

摘要

目的 探索早产胎膜早破不同潜伏时间对妊娠结局产生的影响情况。方法 本次选择我院2019年3月至2020年3月48例早产胎膜早破产妇为研究目标，将其根据孕周以及胎膜早破潜伏时间情况分组，将32至33周+6周，潜伏时间大于等于12小时作为观察组，32至33+6周，潜伏时间小于12小时作为对照组，分别24例。分析早产胎膜早破不同潜伏时间对妊娠结局的影响。结果 观察组与对照组产后出血、胎盘早剥的发生率无明显差异性（P＞0.05），观察组产妇产后的产褥感染及新生儿肺炎发生率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组新生儿Apgar评分差异无统计学意义，（P＞0.05）。分娩后观察组hs-CRP、CRP值明显增高，（P<0.05）。结论 早产胎膜早破潜伏时间越长会增加感染类疾病发生率，所以需要引起重视，及早采取有效治疗方法。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of different latency times on pregnancy outcomes in preterm premature rupture of membranes.
Methods This time, 48 women with premature rupture of premature membranes from March 2019 to March 2020 in our hospital were selected as the research target. , the incubation time is greater than or equal to 12 hours as the observation group, 32 to 33+6 weeks, the incubation time is less than 12 hours as the control group, with 24 cases respectively. To analyze the effects of different latency times on pregnancy outcomes for preterm premature rupture of membranes.
Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and placental abruption between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05). The incidence of puerperal infection and neonatal pneumonia in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the Apgar score of newborns between the two groups (P>0.05). After delivery, the hs-CRP and CRP values in the observation group were significantly increased (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The longer the incubation time of premature rupture of membranes will increase the incidence of infectious diseases, so it needs to be paid attention to and effective treatment methods should be taken as soon as possible.
