Effect of sevoflurane on maintenance anesthesia in craniotomy hematoma removal
七氟醚在开颅血肿清除术中维持麻醉的效果

摘要

目的 研究七氟醚在开颅血肿清除术中维持麻醉的效果。方法 将我院在2020.11-2021.11月收治的70例接受开颅血肿清除术的患者为研究对象，随机分成两组，研究组予以瑞芬太尼＋七氟醚维持麻醉，对照组予以瑞芬太尼＋丙泊酚维持麻醉，对维持麻醉效果展开对比。结果 术前研究组和对照组的舒张压、收缩压对比无差异，P＞0.05，术中和术后两组比较收缩压和舒张压有差异，P＜0.05；血管活性药物应用上，研究组的各种药品使用量均少于对照组，P＜0.05；研究组并发症发生率为2.86％，低于对照组22.59％，P＜0.05；研究组的血流动力学相对于对照组患者而言，其比较稳定，P＜0.05。结论 对开颅血肿清除术患者而言，采用七氟醚维持麻醉，不仅会减少血管活性药物的用量，也会降低并发症发生率，维持良好的血压，值得运用。

Abstract

Objective: To study the effect of sevoflurane on maintaining anesthesia in craniotomy hematoma removal.
Methods: 70 patients who underwent craniotomy hematoma removal in our hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were randomly divided into two groups. The study group was given remifentanil + sevoflurane maintenance anesthesia and the control group was given remifentanil + propofol maintenance anesthesia. The effects of maintenance anesthesia were compared.
Results: there was no difference in diastolic and systolic blood pressure between the study group and the control group before operation, P > 0.05. There was a difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups during and after operation, P < 0.05; In the application of vasoactive drugs, the dosage of various drugs in the study group was less than that in the control group (P < 0.05); The incidence of complications in the study group was 2.86%, lower than 22.59% in the control group (P < 0.05); Compared with the control group, the hemodynamics of the study group was relatively stable (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : for patients undergoing craniotomy hematoma removal, sevoflurane maintenance anesthesia will not only reduce the dosage of vasoactive drugs, but also reduce the incidence of complications and maintain good blood pressure, which is worthy of application.
