探讨无创呼吸机治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭的疗效

摘要

目的 探讨COPD伴呼吸衰竭开展无创呼吸机治疗的疗效。方法 选取本院2020年2月~2021年9月期间诊治的COPD伴呼吸衰竭患者112例，利用计算机抽签法将其等分为研讨组、基础组各56例。基础组患者开展传统治疗方案，研讨组患者则加用无创呼吸机治疗。评价比较组间血气分析指标和心功能指标。结果 研讨组患者治疗后血气指标PaO2高于基础组，PaCO2低于基础组，P＜0.05；比较两组心功能指标可见，研讨组LVEF值、E/A值、LVEDD值均高于基础组，P＜0.05。结论 无创呼吸机治疗可使COPD伴呼吸衰竭患者血气分析指标和心功能指标得到明显改善，有较高的推广应用价值。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the efficacy of non-invasive ventilator in COPD with respiratory failure.
Methods: From February 2020 to September 2021, 112 patients with COPD and respiratory failure in our hospital were selected and divided into the discussion group and the basic group by computer lottery, 56 cases in each group. Patients in the basic group received conventional therapy, while those in the seminar group received non-invasive ventilator therapy. Blood gas analysis index and cardiac function index were evaluated and compared between groups.
Results: After treatment, blood gas index PaO2 in the discussion group was higher than that in the basic group, PaCO2 was lower than that in the basic group, P < 0.05; The comparison of cardiac function indexes between the two groups showed that LVEF value, E/A value and LVEDD value in the discussion group were higher than those in the basic group, P < 0.05.
Conclusion  : Non-invasive ventilator therapy can significantly improve blood gas analysis index and cardiac function index in COPD patients with respiratory failure, which has high application value.
