Influence of high-quality nursing on cognitive level and recurrence in patients with ureteral calculi surgery
优质护理对输尿管结石手术患者认知水平及复发情况的影响

摘要

目的 探究优质护理干预对输尿管结石患者疾病认知水平及术后复发情况的影响。方法 以我院2020年2月至2021年2月收治的50例输尿管结石患者为研究对象，将所有患者随机分为两组，即观察组和对照组，每组25人，对照组所有患者予以护理常规进行干预，观察组所有患者予以优质护理进行干预，两组患者干预时间相同，干预后对比患者对疾病认知及术后疾病复发情况。结果 两组患者经相同时间不同护理方案干预后，结果显示，观察组疾病认知水平明显高于对照组，数据差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,对照组疾病复发率明显高于观察组，数据差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 输尿管结石患者治疗过程中采用优质护理进行干预，其效果可观，能提高患者对疾病的认知，以此提高患者的自我防护能力，降低复发率，值得运用该模式。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on disease cognition and postoperative recurrence in patients with ureteral calculi.
Methods Fifty patients with ureteral calculi admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects, and all the patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely the observation group and the control group, with 25 people in each group. Routine nursing intervention was performed, and all patients in the observation group were given high-quality nursing intervention. The intervention time was the same in the two groups. After the intervention, the patients' disease cognition and postoperative disease recurrence were compared.
Results After the two groups of patients were intervened by different nursing programs at the same time, the results showed that the disease cognition level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the data difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the disease recurrence rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group , the data difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   High-quality nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with ureteral calculi has a considerable effect, and can improve the patients' cognition of the disease, thereby improving the patient's self-protection ability and reducing the recurrence rate. It is worth using this model.
