The role of combined rehabilitation nursing in minimally invasive surgery for lumbar disc herniation
联合式康复护理在腰椎间盘突出症微创手术治疗中的作用

摘要

目的 分析探讨联合式康复护理在腰椎间盘突出症微创手术治疗中的作用。方法 选取我院2021年-2022年行腰椎间盘突出症微创手术患者60例为观察对象，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，其中对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者采用联合式康复护理，将两组患者的护理满意度、负面情绪与疼痛程度、生活质量进行比较。结果 观察组患者的护理满意度优于对照组，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）对患者的情绪进行评估，疼痛评估表对患者疼痛程度进行评估，两组患者护理前的HAMA、HAMD与疼痛评估表评分比较差异较小，（P＞0.05），护理后实验组患者负面情绪评分均低于对照组，疼痛程度低于对照组，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者的生活质量评分均高于对照组，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 联合式康复护理对于腰椎间盘突出症微创手术治疗患者的应用价值明显，能够有效降低患者疼痛感受情况，提高患者满意度，改善患者腰椎功能，值得推广与应用于临床护理中。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of combined rehabilitation nursing in minimally invasive surgery for lumbar disc herniation.
Methods 60 patients with minimally invasive surgery for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in our hospital from 2021 to 2022 were selected as the observation objects, and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The patients in the control group received routine nursing, and the patients in the observation group received combined rehabilitation. Nursing, the nursing satisfaction, negative emotions and pain levels, and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The evaluation table was used to evaluate the pain degree of the patients. There was little difference between the scores of HAMA and HAMD before nursing and the pain evaluation table between the two groups (P>0.05). After nursing, the negative emotion scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the pain degree Lower than the control group, the data comparison difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than the control group, the data comparison difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Combined rehabilitation nursing has obvious application value for patients with minimally invasive surgery for lumbar disc herniation, which can effectively reduce the pain perception of patients, improve patient satisfaction, and improve the lumbar spine function of patients. It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing.
