医护一体化快速康复外科护理在胃癌患者围手术期中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨医护一体化快速康复外科护理在胃癌患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法 将我院2019年1月-2020年12月80例胃癌患者，根据数字表随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，医护一体ERAS组实施医护一体化快速康复外科护理。比较两组术后肠道蠕动时间和住院时间、配合度、并发症率。结果 医护一体ERAS组术后肠道蠕动时间和住院时间短于对照组，P＜0.05。医护一体ERAS组的配合度比对照组高(P＜0.05)。医护一体ERAS组并发症率低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 实施围术期医护一体化快速康复外科用于胃癌病人可提高配合度，加速康复，减少并发症。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of integrated nursing care in the perioperative period of patients with gastric cancer.
Methods 80 patients with gastric cancer from January 2019 to December 2020, According to the digital table random method, it is divided into two groups. The control group was given routine care, Health care integrated ERAS group to implement medical care integrated rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing. The time of intestinal peristalsis and hospitalization, cooperation and complication rate were compared between the two groups.
Results The postoperative intestinal peristalsis time and hospitalization time in the ERAS group were shorter than those in the control group, P<0.05. The coordination degree of the ERAS group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The complication rate in the ERAS group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Perioperative rapid rehabilitation surgery for gastric cancer patients can improve the degree of cooperation, Accelerating recovery, Reduce complications.
