目的 探析对难愈合伤口实施中西医结合治疗的临床疗效。方法 在本次研究的实施中，将70例难愈合伤口患者作为研究对象，并且已经对其基本资料进行了简单分析，确认符合研究入组标准。为确保研究的顺利实施，将根据患者入院接受治疗的先后顺序进行观察组和对照组的分组，每组35例，于对照组中实施常规西医治疗，观察组则实施中西医结合治疗，比较其愈合率和伤口愈合时间。结果 经本次研究分析来看，应用中西医结合治疗的观察组患者，34例愈合，愈合率97.14%，愈合时间（14.2±3.6）天；反观对照组中29例愈合，愈合率82.85%，愈合时间（18.6±6.3）天，相比之下观察组愈合率和愈合时间更优，（P＜0.05）。结论 通过中西医结合治疗难愈合伤口可以达到良好疗效，使伤口快速愈合。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on refractory wounds. Methods: In the implementation of this study, 70 patients with refractory wounds were selected as the research subjects, and their basic data had been briefly analyzed to confirm that they met the study inclusion criteria. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the study, the observation group and the control group will be divided into groups according to the order of patients' admission to the hospital for treatment, with 35 cases in each group. Healing rate and wound healing time. Results: According to the analysis of this study, 34 patients in the observation group treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine healed, the healing rate was 97.14%, and the healing time was (14.2±3.6) days; in contrast, 29 patients in the control group healed, and the healing rate was 82.85% , the healing time was (18.6±6.3) days, compared with the observation group, the healing rate and healing time were better (P<0.05). Conclusion : The treatment of refractory wounds with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can achieve good curative effect and make the wound heal quickly.
