Effect of stratified nursing intervention in preventing venous thrombosis after radical prostatectomy
分层护理干预在预防前列腺癌根治术后静脉血栓形成的效果

摘要

目的 讨论研究在预防前列腺癌根治术后静脉血栓形成中开展分层护理干预工作的价值作用。方法 将2020年12月到2021年12月期间院内的68例前列腺癌根治术患者纳入研究范围，利用随机分配法划分为对照组（患者接受常规基础护理工作）、观察组（患者接受常规基础护理+分层护理干预工作），对比两组患者术后静脉血栓形成情况，对比两组患者对护理工作满意水平，对比两组患者生活质量状态评分。结果 观察组整体患者术后静脉血栓形成情况、对护理工作满意水平、生活质量状态评分等相关数据信息明显比对照组更具优势，P<0.05，有统计学差异。结论 在预防前列腺癌根治术后静脉血栓形成中开展分层护理干预工作，可以帮助患者将术后静脉血栓形成风险控制在合理范围，对患者生活质量产生积极影响，为患者提供更为满意的护理服务。

Abstract

Objective to discuss the value of stratified nursing intervention in the prevention of venous thrombosis after radical prostatectomy.
Methods 68 patients who underwent radical prostatectomy from December 2020 to December 2021 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into control group (patients received routine basic nursing work) and observation group (patients received routine basic nursing + layered nursing intervention work). The postoperative venous thrombosis of the two groups and the satisfaction level of the two groups were compared, The quality of life status scores of the two groups were compared.
Results the observation group had more advantages than the control group in terms of postoperative venous thrombosis, satisfaction with nursing work, quality of life status score and other relevant data, P < 0.05.
Conclusion   layered nursing intervention in the prevention of venous thrombosis after radical prostatectomy can help patients control the risk of postoperative venous thrombosis within a reasonable range, have a positive impact on the quality of life of patients, and provide more satisfactory nursing services for patients.
