浅谈孕妇学校健康教育活动在产科建设中的作用

摘要

目的 探析在产科建设中应用孕妇学校健康教育活动的实际价值。方法 将以2020年1月至2021年12月这一时间段在我院产科就诊的900例产妇作为研究对象,并且已经在其入院时便以简单分析了其基本资料,并征得了产妇及其家属的同意,自愿参与实验。为探析孕妇学校教育活动的实际价值,将根据产妇的入科先后顺序进行分组,分别命名为对照组、观察组,每一组内均为450例产妇,将于对照组中实施常规护理,对于观察组产妇,则实施孕妇学校健康教育活动,并比较两组产妇的分娩方式和满意度。结果 在本次研究中统计、比较了两组产妇的分娩方式,其中观察组中自然分娩、剖宫产分别为356例、94例,对照组分别为233例、217例,相比之下观察组产妇的自然分娩率更高,(P<0.05)。与此同时比较了两组产妇的满意度,结果显示观察组的满意度更高,(P<0.05)。结论 通过孕妇学校健康教育活动的应用,能够进一步提高孕妇健康教育质量,使其加深对分娩相关健康知识的认知深度,对提高自然分娩率有积极意义。

Abstract

Objective To explore the practical value of applying pregnant women's school health education activities in the construction of obstetrics.
Methods 900 puerperae who visited the obstetrics department of our hospital during the period from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects, and their basic data were simply analyzed when they were admitted to the hospital. With the consent of their family members, they volunteered to participate in the experiment. In order to explore the actual value of school education activities for pregnant women, they will be divided into groups according to the order of admission of puerperae, and named as the control group and the observation group. There are 450 puerperae in each group, and routine nursing will be implemented in the control group. For the puerperae in the observation group, school health education activities for pregnant women were implemented, and the mode of delivery and satisfaction of the puerperae in the two groups were compared.
Results In this study, the delivery methods of the two groups of puerperae were counted and compared. Among them, there were 356 and 94 cases of natural delivery and cesarean section in the observation group, and 233 and 217 cases in the control group, respectively. The natural delivery rate of puerperae in the observation group was higher (P<0.05). At the same time, the satisfaction of the two groups of puerperae was compared, and the results showed that the satisfaction of the observation group was higher (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of health education activities in pregnant women's schools can further improve the quality of health education for pregnant women, deepen their cognition of childbirth-related health knowledge, and have positive significance for improving the rate of natural childbirth.
